hmmm another topic about a horror movie. but this one is different! seriously watch it! its based on two (partly unfinished novels) by Stephen King. Its all about this rather unsuccesful author (John Cusack) who travels through the US and stays in "haunted" houses and hotel rooms and then writes about it. His latest discovery is the room 1408 in the NY dolphin hotel. the manager (brilliantly played by Samuel L. *snakes on a muthafukin plane* Jackson) does not want the writer to spend any time in this room in which more than 50 people have died so far (in various mysterious ways).
there is little gore and no nudity used to create thrill or shock in this film, thats only one reason why u should definitely check it out. its just so different from most zombie infected slaughter movies these days.
great film - my fav horror flick of 2007 so far!

I seen it and I gotta say I agree. Dunno, I guess I was just expecting more than what it was. It was good though for what it was... a stephen king flick... some of his movies are just so off the wall... this one was a bit more on point, which I liked.
