Koch didn't force the band to do anything. They are so anti-corporate at that label it's ridiculous (in a good way). They are all about rebellion over at Koch.

If the band wanted their video on MTV, they had to edit it - or else MTV or MTV2 wouldn't play it.

Oh and the deal with Chad...he just outgrew HED - lyrically and musically. He definitely exited the band at the right time.

I know Jahred was terribly hurt when Chad left and talked some unnecesary shit about him in press (most people say stupid things when feelings are hurt). Chad, being a man, really rose above all that.

But the bottom line is, Jahred has a lot of respect for Chad and his craft - even to this day. You can't forget...those guys were thick as thieves in the olden days (roomates and all!!)

A lot of people don't know this but Chad even helped Jaxon out with guitar shit when he first joined HED. How cool is that?
