Does anyone know what the japanese intro to pac bell is all about?

This has bugged me for years, cause I've listened to it so many times I know the words, but haven't got a clue what they are saying.

Anyone know or speak japanese?

That's the movie - I was sleeping with the tv on and that line woke me up - I am not 100% sure - but pretty positive it is a line from the movie where he basically tells his boss to fuck off - that would go well with the mesh of the song. Smile
