By the way have any of you seen the movie, Sling Blade? It is an awesome movie check it out. It kind of has the same theme that Fight Club has going on in a way. It won an award for Best Script.

Starring:
Billy Bob Thorton
John Ritter

Yeah I've seen it. But I think I was also working on something else when watching it. So I don't really remember it...

Good movie. Maybe watch it again? It has so much dialog to it so you have to pay a lot of attention to it.

Read these titles.

Freakonomics
1984
The Great Gatsby
Scary Stories 1, 2 & 3! Wink Great books!

I hated The Great Gatsby! Maybe it was because I had to do it at school and got very sick of picking it apart... wall

If you like biographies and Jimi Hendrix, get 'Room Full Of Mirrors' by Charles R Cross - very good read. study

I finished reading the Fight Club some time ago, but forgot to post.
As all of the books comaped to movies you get to know more details and better understand everything.
But this time the movie is so well done, it hasn't lost too much of the details and parts that are cut out really weren't that important to me.
And the movie is visualy totally badass and the actors are just the way they should be plus I liked the movie ending much more. Even Palnhiouk himself said that he liked it more.

So in the end the movie suprisingly wins.

Yeah Animal Farm was really good. Basically an allegory about Joseph Stalin Communist regime, but I really loved it.

1984 is without a doubt his best in my opinion.

I'd say so. Are you a fan of Stephen King or Tom Clancy? Those writers are pretty big over here.

EDIT: Sorry about that I meant Stephen King not the quantum physicist, but I would read his stuff too.

Definitely read The Shining by King because it is just an awesome classic. Maybe try Carrie too because it is pretty creepy.

For Tom Clancy read Without Remorse. I thought it was great.
